Returns + Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase, however if you're not 100% happy you can return your item to us for a refund or exchange, as long as it's within 28 days of the original purchase date. 

How do I process a return?

To return an item, please email us at with your order number and the item you would like to return.

+ All returns must be received within 28 days of the purchase date. 

+ All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

Please note we cannot accept returns or process refunds for:

+ Personalised items.

+ Sale items


On receiving your item we will check that you are eligible for a refund and notify you via email. Once we have notified you on whether you are eligible, we will process the refund.

Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the postage cost for you. As a small business, we can not be held responsible if the return parcel gets lost in the post. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your items and make sure you keep your proof of postage.
