  • Can I return sale items?

    Sadly sale items are non returnable or exchangeable.

  • Can I include a gift note with my order?

    Yes! We'd love to help make your gift as special as possible. If you would like to include a gift note please leave a note with your order or at checkout and we will hand write this for you. 

  • Do you offer gift packaging?

  • How will my order arrive?

    Your order will arrive in a brown cardboard box which has been specially sealed with one of our green Teppi labels. Your items will be cosily nestled amongst either biodegradable peanuts or recyclable paper shreds.You can see more on how we package your order here.

  • Are your products suitable for vegans?

    We take great care to source our product range from ethical small businesses, ensuring none of our products are tested on animals and are made up of natural ingredients where possible, however some products may still contain: beeswax, alpaca wool & dairy. Please make sure you read the product descriptions and contact us (hello@teppi.co.uk) if you are unsure.

  • Do you offer personalisation?

    Personalisation is available on our Handmade Journal range, and from time to time we offer personalisation on our ceramics. All customisable listings will have a text box for you to insert your personalisation.

Made to Order Items

How long does it take to receive made to order items?

Made to Order items can take up to three weeks to be made and dispatched. Please also be aware that any items ordered alongside made to order items, will be dispatched together once your made to order item is ready.

  • When will I receive my order?

    We aim to send all orders within 2 days of your order being placed. If your order is for a specific date or you would like us to use a different service for your parcel, please don’t hesitate to contact us (hello@teppi.co.uk) and we will do all we can to help.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Sadly, due to Brexit we are currently unable to ship outside of the UK through our website. However do check out our Etsy page as we are able to ship to certaincountries through this platform.

  • Do you offer express delivery?

    Yes, we offer the option of Royal Mail Tracked24 which aims to arrive within 1 working day from time of dispatch. 

  • Can I combine shipping if I've placed more than one order?

    Yes, we're more than happy to do this providing one of your orders haven't already been packed, please get in touch with us asap to avoid disappointment.

  • Who will deliver my parcel?

    We send all of our orders with Royal Mail, who are proud to be the UK's lowest average parcel carbon footprint!

  • Do you offer collection?

    If you live local to Stafford we are happy to arrange collection from our studios. If this is something you would like to do, please contact us before placing your order, so we can arrange a date and time.

Ceramics

How do I look after my ceramics?

We recommend hand washing your ceramics to keep them looking their best. Avoid dishwasher & microwave use. 

Where are your ceramics made?

All of our Teppi ceramics are lovingly handmade by us, in small batches, in our own Teppi studio.

  • Can I return an item if I change my mind?

    We hope you love your order, however if you are not 100% happy you can return your item as long as it's within 28 days of the original purchase date. 

    All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.

    Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will cover the postage cost for you. As a small business, we can not be held responsible if the return parcel gets lost in the post. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to return your items and make sure you keep your proof of postage. 

  • My item is faulty, how do I return it?

    Oh no! We're so sorry your item has arrived faulty. Please don't worry, we will do all we can to rectify the matter. Please contact us via our contact page or at: hello@teppi.co.uk , including your order number and photos of the fault if possible.
