This energising Shower mist has been synergistically blended specifically to help boost energy and reawaken the mind and body. With a blend of over six essential oils including Grapefruit, Red Thyme and Basil - and boosted with Carnelian gemstones - known for their ability to stimulate creativity and motivation.

Grapefruit is a wondrously uplifting wellbeing oil which helps to reduce stress and depression when blended with much prized ancient Red Thyme, the aromatic woody scent blends beautifully, creating a spirit lifting and mood enhancing mist. Best used in the morning, as the energising effects of the Basil help to boost alertness.

How to Use

To use, simply mist 2-3 sprays into your shower area. Turn on the water and allow the steam from the shower to warm the oils and infuse with the delicate aroma.

This is a great time to practise mindful breathing - in through the nose and out through the mouth slowly.
